Fluence works because it’s built on real people and real trust. These Community Guidelines apply to everyone and to everything you post, send, or list on the Fluence app. Breaking them can lead to content removal, feature limits, or account termination.
Be real
Use your real identity. Don’t impersonate other people or organizations, create fake accounts, or misrepresent who you are. Reaching people outside your network may require verification.
Be respectful
No harassment, bullying, threats, or hate speech, and no attacks on people based on who they are. You can disagree without being cruel.
Keep it safe and legal
Don’t post content that is illegal, dangerous, sexually explicit, or violent, or that promotes self-harm, and don’t use Fluence to break the law. Content that endangers anyone — especially minors — is never allowed and may be reported to the authorities.
Recommend in good faith
Fluence is about honest recommendations from people you trust. Don’t spam, post fake or paid reviews disguised as personal opinions, or manipulate trust scores. Disclose it when you have a stake in something you recommend.
Respect privacy
Don’t share other people’s private information without permission. What’s posted inside a private circle is meant to stay there — don’t export or leak it.
Reporting and enforcement
You can block, mute, or report people and content in the app, and decline message requests from strangers. We review reports and act — from removing content to suspending or terminating accounts — based on the severity and pattern of violations. Serious or illegal activity may be escalated to law enforcement.
