Why we built Fluence
Finding what to do, where to go, and what to buy has quietly broken. Reviews get gamed, feeds fill up with strangers, and the loudest voices are usually paid to be loud. Meanwhile the recommendation you actually trust — the one from a friend who knows you — gets lost in the noise.
Fluence starts from a simple belief: the people you trust are a better signal than the entire internet.
How it works
Ask a question and it reaches the handful of people most likely to know — your Inner Circle, Friends+, or the wider Universe. Share the places you love and build your taste over time. And Trace, your personal agent, learns what you like and turns a pile of answers into one clear recommendation.
Trust is transitive, but it fades with distance. Fluence keeps that signal instead of flattening everyone into one average opinion — because the right answer for you usually isn't the most popular one.
